Pallaso Reportedly Signs Under Sony Music Africa

By BigEyeUg Team; Ugandan multi-genre singer Pius Mayanja aka Pallaso has been signed under Sony Music Africa, this website has learnt from an exclusive source.

According to a close source that preferred anonymity, the ‘Akomelerwe’ singer was handed a longtime contract by the global music brand managing company when he visited South Africa earlier this year.

The CEO Team Good Music is also said to have already unfolded his services at the South African based label after outing his latest project ‘My baby is coming’ featuring the Zulu land Dr. Malinga.

However, the Self-proclaimed ‘Sucker-free boss’ and the international music label are still reluctant to officially reveal their new working relationship not until preparations for their upcoming music projects are complete, the source adds.

Sony Music Entertainment Africa is the local arm of Sony Music Entertainment, an American music corporation owned and controlled by Sony Corporation of America, the US subsidiary of Japan’s Sony Corporation.

Sony Music Entertainment (Sony Music) is an American global music conglomerate owned by Sony Corporation of America and incorporated as a general partnership of Sony Music Holdings Inc. through Sony Entertainment, a subsidiary of the Japanese conglomerate Sony.

After an official announcement from both parties, Pallaso will be the second artist to have been poached by Sony Music Entertainment following Swangz Avenue’s Vinka signature in 2019.
