Just when we thought we were advancing from the “fist fights” era in our growing music industry, Leone Island’s King Saha sought to rejuvenate the long forgotten “fist fight”era.
News reaching Bigeye.ug is that King Saha teamed up with producer Shiddy Beats yesterday and beat up Vocalpolice’s Nutty Neithan. This came after the two accused Nutty Neithan of copy and pasting a song they claim is theirs. The song in question is ‘Kokonyo’ which both artistes claim was their original idea that Nutty copied.
The fight broke out at around 3am at chicken Tonight in Makindye when King Saha and Shiddy Beats attacked Nutty Neithan over the allegations.
“The #SamsungTwitterParty is back! Get ready to party the night away come 19th December at Zone 7 with fellow tweeps. Entrance is 15,000shs. Call 0775439894 for details. Great music and drinks.”
When we contacted Vocalpolice head artiste, Maro over allegations that one of his group members was involved in ‘song theft’, he had this to say: “Nutty Neithan released his song with no idea they had a song with a similar title, its absurd if they think he got it from their version because they have never released it,no radio nor TV stations knows it either.”
This act has music fans and lovers so disappointed as we thought fist fights among artistes were no more until Saha and Shiddy Beats showed up.
