When NTV debuted its highly anticipated dating show–Be My Date—it was well received by the audience with several viewers labeling it the best thing to happen to local TV. The show was really impressive garnering plenty of rave reviews but a few weeks down the road, viewers seem to be slowly but steadily losing interest in the show. Some viewers have revealed that its only because of the gorgeous Fabiola that they still watch the show. This comes amidst claims that the show is actually staged.
Ardent viewers of the show have pointed out that most of the ladies on the show are actually are models around town. The show that supposedly gives suitors a chance to meet their potential soul mate is run on a script, according to reports.
Reports continue to indicate that Anita Fabiola, the show host and her team of producers allegedly go around town secretly recruiting girls who are then paid a fee of 50k to appear on the show.
However, NTV still maintains that no one is paid to appear on the show. They have denied all claims revealing that they only give transport facilitation to the guests on the show. “NTV only facilitates contestants with transport, those that have been on the show know how we do it,” they revealed.
