Nkumba stun Makerere in the University Football League

Nkumba stunned Makerere yesterday with 1-0 defeat at Luzira grounds in the University Football League.

Emmanuel Wasswa scored the only goal of the game as the visitors collected maximum points to move to a tally of 7 points in second place in Group A.

Kaddu Yunus of Nkumba University was voted as the MoneyGram man of the match.

Nkumba now stand behind leaders KIU (Kampala International University) who also have 7 points but with a better goal difference according to www.ufl.ug.

Meanwhile, Makerere remain second bottom on the six team pool A log with just two points having failed to win any of their first three games, drawing just two and losing the other.
