History is in the making at Daily Monitor which is soon to have its first female Managing Editor if rumours from the powers that be are to be confirmed. BigEye.ug has learned that the females in Uganda are about to score big considering that never before has a major news outlet in Uganda had a female managing Editor.

It’s also rumoured that Chris Obore may be no more at Monitor as the position of Political Editor has been erased. If everything goes to the effect, then Obore will join Don Wanyama as one of those sacked while on leave.
