Ugandan songbird Naava is doing a song with celebrated Nigerian rapper M.I. The collabo which will see the two do a re-mix of Nteredde, a song Naava released some time back. M.I aka Mr. Incredible will put his voice on the track in what the singer believes is equivalent to giving the song an international taste.
Naava Grey got signed to Sony Music Entertainment Africa last year and she has since struggled to make an international impact. This could be her breakthrough on the continental scene.
M.I aka Jude Abaga is a Nigerian Hip hop Artiste. He has won Several Awards including the MTV Africa Music Awards 2009 and was Nominated for BET 2010 Awards for the Best International Act Category. He rose to prominence in 2006, when his song “Crowd Mentality” became popular in his hometown Jos. He is signed to Chocolate City music label.
