On Saturday afternoon, a video of a Ugandan flying off Mabirizi complex like superman went viral on Social Media.
Mustafa Kalule landed on a car that had been parked outside the building severely injuring his legs, head and arms.
According to sources who were at the building shortly before the unfortunate incident, Mustafa was conned a lot of money by someone at the building. After losing his money, he decided to jump to his death on the same building.
“He came to us and asked if there was a lift on this building, we told him there wasn’t and he had to use the stairs. He then said that he had someone to meet at the top of the building who had his money. Moments later, we saw him flying,” said a boda boda rider who works at Mabirizi Complex stage.
It seems the person who conned Mustafa of his money could be the reason behind the suicide attempt.
