We have learnt that Edwin Musiime who is behind the Homes and Construction expo has resigned from Urban TV after 3 months of working with the Vision Group owned English TV station.
Musiime who formerly worked with UBC-TV for 12 years moved to Urban TV to help re-start their new morning show called Urban Today which replaced Urban@Dawn that was hosted by Mary Luswata. His resignation comes at a time when he will be traveling to London for a course in Real Estate Management and a Media course training with the BBC.
Musiime says he also intends to concentrate on his executive roles as CEO and President Vine Africa which is a brand that runs the Vine Institute, Magazine and media brands. He also intends to pay more attention to the growth of the Homes and Construction Foundation. “ I intend to give more time to my pastoral work as the senior pastor of Hillrock Church a young vibrant church in Muyenga,” he said.
The chairman Homes and Construction will also be launching the Expo for Ugandans in the Diaspora in London, Sweden, Denmark and the UK in May and June.
Musiime was co-hosting the show with Samson and Sofi.
