Minister Balaam Vows Open Office Door Policy to the Public

Upon receiving the keys to his office and assuming the mantle of power, Balaam Barugahara, the newly appointed Minister of State for Youth and Children Affairs, has pledged to keep his office doors open to the public every Tuesday.

“I am a People’s Minister, and my office will always be open to members of the public every Tuesday,” affirmed Minister Balaam Barugahara.

Formerly renowned as an events promoter, Balaam’s career trajectory presents a compelling narrative of inspiration. His transition into the political realm has been met with significant anticipation and interest.

Since his appointment by His Excellency Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, President of Uganda, Minister Barugahara has outlined ambitious pledges and plans for his tenure.

These initiatives are eagerly awaited and expected to be implemented without question.
