The recent announcement of Balaam Barugahara Ateenyi’s appointment to the Ugandan cabinet by His Excellency Yoweri Kaguta Museveni has sparked jubilation among family, friends, and well-wishers.

“I’m not in the cabinet to recruit youth for the MK Project or PLU. I’ve come to fix challenges affecting young people. I will reach out to young people in every region,” stated Balaam Barugahara Ateenyi to the media.
Balaam, known for his entrepreneurial endeavors, has long been a staunch advocate and supporter of the ruling party, the National Resistance Movement (NRM).
