Golden Band singer Mesach Ssemakula must be counting his blessings after he managed to fend off an attack by robbers on Sunday evening. Mesach was travelling from Kayunga after a mega show when he ran into robbers.
According to our sources, Mesach was waylaid by robbers on his way back to Kampala. They took him by surprise when they threw a huge rock at his car and shattered his windscreen.
Although he was momentarily disorientated by the surprise attack and injured by the shattered glass, he still managed to escape narrowly and is now admitted in hospital.
We wish him a quick recovery.
