Come 20th October, Manchester United will kick off the Barclays premier league trophy tour, their 20th title they won last year around the world excluding Africa.
The English Premier League champions has partnered with DHL to travel to 31 global destinations starting in Rio De Janeiro with a host of legends like Dwight Yorke also on the tour. Several Manchester United’s treasured artefacts will also be showcased to fans on the tour.
Despite the popularity of English Premier League, Africa is not included on the tour for unknown reasons. This comes at a time when the club is on a soul searching mission after the emotional retirement of legendary Sir Alex Ferguson and hoping to overcome the disappointing start of the season under David Moyes.
To Africans who have committed suicide or contemplated the act, fought or shed tears for the love of the Manchester United, it is best you stick to betting!
