Maisha Magic Movies is now available to all GOtv Value customers. The channel was made available on GOtv Value starting 3rd May.
The channel, which has been the go-to destination for local movie lovers since its highly anticipated launch in September 2021, brings audiences authentic content suitable for family viewing.
“We are extremely pleased to expand the channel to GOtv Value and excited about the highly anticipated proposition,” said Barbara Kambogi, Channel Head for Maisha Magic Movies.
“Part of the identity and aim of Maisha Magic Movies is to share the narrative of authentic storytelling made by us, for us which is also a testament to MultiChoice’s mandate of bringing local storytelling to the forefront, where it belongs,” she concluded.
Viewers can look forward to some big local titles including Ugandan drama The Day of Judgement, starring and directed by Michael Musanje; Kamara, starring Doreen Rwatooro and Mercy Nahabwe and directed by Denis Dhikusooka; and romantic thriller My Crazy Husband, starring Caroline Kandy and Oliver Kidemi and directed by John Njoroge, among others.
