Why are women their own enemies? Why don’t women like to see other women succeed? Hating on other women.
Lupita Nyong’o won an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress. This was her FIRST nomination and win …but just before she won it, there were a lot of bile and negative comments about her on Social Media with most of them coming from Women. Hating on her and saying all kind of down-casting sentiments …that she’s not fully Kenyan, that she’s too slim, that she’s just lucky, she doesn’t deserve it etc.
Why do women feel something ‘negative’ when one of their own are being successful? Is this something natural and in-built? Why do women hate themselves? Be it politics, arts, business, academics …everywhere! Why?? Let’s talk!
