Ugandan gospel singer Levixone has weighed in on the ongoing conflicts and disagreements among gospel artists, saying such battles are not unique to the gospel music industry but are part of the wider world.

According to Levixone, conflicts happen in every industry, but what matters is how a person responds to them, especially after choosing to follow Jesus Christ.

“It’s the world, fights happen everywhere but it’s on me as someone who accepted Jesus to stay on course and not mind about who’s fighting me,” he said.

Levixone believes gospel artists should remain focused on the purpose behind their music rather than getting distracted by disagreements, criticism or people who may be working against them.

He urged artists to remember why they started singing and, most importantly, the person who called them into the music ministry.

The singer also opened up about the challenges he has faced throughout his career, admitting that although he does not always know how to speak about them, the difficulties have played a major role in making him stronger.

“I have faced a lot of challenges but I don’t know how to speak up but those challenges are why I’m strong. It hasn’t been easy for me. I see my challenges as a story to tell.”

For Levixone, the struggles he has experienced are not simply setbacks but part of his journey and a story he hopes to share through his music and testimony.
