After a brief halt on January 23, 2025, King Saha’s concert has been given the green light to take place as scheduled today, January 24, 2025.

The event, organized by Galabuzi Denis Benon of Umoja Management LTD, had initially been stopped by Uganda Police due to concerns over safety and security measures.

In a statement released this morning, the Uganda Police Force confirmed the decision to allow the concert after holding a meeting with a joint security team, event organizers, and venue managers at the Lugogo Cricket Oval.

The statement highlighted that, following a re-evaluation, the concert would proceed under specific safety conditions.

Among these is the prohibition of using the venue’s pavilion due to its structural condition, which was deemed unsafe for revelers.
