Kim Kardashian has finally revealed herself two months post giving birth to baby North West. Even though Kanye West has been seen quite a few times outside, Kim K on the other hand have remained indoors.
All that changed when Kim Kardashian and Kanye West were pictured going into LA Medical facility on Wednesday with their newborn in a stroller in what seem to be a paediatrician appointment.
Kanye West was seen smiling the whole time as they walked into the facility. The baby was all covered up in the car seat of the stroller.
Even though Kim-K was all covered up, it looked like she lost a significant amount of the baby weight. And she looked really comfortable in that denim Long-sleeve shirt and pants that she had on.
