Inspector General of Police, Gen. Edward Kale Kayihura has ordered immediate massive registration of all domestic servants to easy identification and tracking of the person in case a crime has been committed.

This follows the recent murder case that has been placed on Jolly Tumuhiirwe, the house maid who battered a one and a half year old girl near to death. She was captured using a nanny cam and the video has since gone viral.

Several individuals and organizations have since called for action against such heartless beings and how to prevent such inhumane acts in the community thus the call for IGP Kayihura to order for registration of house helps.
