Ugandan singer Kalifah Aganaga has shared his dream of owning a professional record label to support upcoming artists.
Speaking during a recent television interview, Aganaga said he wants to create a platform that helps young talent grow.
“I would love to own a record label that is professional,” he revealed.
According to Kalifah Aganaga, Uganda is blessed with many gifted artists who have good accents and unique music styles.
However, he believes many of them struggle financially, which limits their success.
“There is a lot of talent in Uganda, but most artists face financial challenges. That is something I would like to help with as a person,” he added.
The singer, known for hits like Oyitangayo and Minakonda, has been active in the music industry for years and believes that a well-managed record label could make a big difference for rising stars.
His vision is to build a system that promotes professionalism and supports artists with the right resources to grow both locally and internationally.
