Justin Bieber is being sued over allegedly hitting a pedestrian with his Ferrari in June 2013.
Walter Damon Lee filed a lawsuit at the Superior Court of Los Angeles on Wednesday (June 25), claiming he was injured after being struck by the singer’s vehicle on Sunset Boulevard, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
He is claiming property damage and personal injury costs of $25,000 (£14,680), and adds that he has been unable to work since the accident.
As well as the “loss of earning capacity”, Lee alleges that he suffered “laceration and crush injury, hematoma formation, deep abrasions to the left knee and leg, fluid collection in the left knee and leg, deep venous thrombosis in the calf and ankle”.
Bieber was leaving the Laugh Factory on Sunset Strip in West Hollywood when the incident is reported to have occurred.
Earlier this week, the singer was involved in a minor car crash, when his Escalade hit another vehicle while apparently trying to avoid paparazzi.
