Justin Bieber will reportedly no longer face DUI and drag racing charges.
According to state records via the Miami-Dade County Court Clerk’s website, Bieber will now face just one charge of resisting arrest without a license.
The documents show that the 19-year-old was released from jail on a bail of $2,500, following his arrest on Thursday (January 23).
Bieber is expected to attend his next hearing at 8.30am local time today (January 27).
Meanwhile, the singer’s management is also said to be launching an investigation into “inconsistencies” in the police claims, according to The Mirror.
Justin Bieber was arrested last week at 4.19am driving a yellow Lamborghini in Miami Beach.
The police report stated that Bieber confessed to having beer, marijuana and prescription drugs in his system.
Bieber eventually thanked his fans for their support on Twitter, stating that they had “changed” his life.
He also posted a photo on his Instagram page, appearing to compare himself to Michael Jackson.
Mentor Usher has since flown to Panama for a ‘sit-down’ with Bieber following his arrest in Miami Beach.
