Justice Billy Kainamura who was handling the case between Meddie Ssentongo and David Greenhalgh has advised the two parties to sit on a round table and reconcile.
Court has told Meddie and ex-girlfriend Bad Black to reconcile with their former boss Greenhalgh from whom they allegedly stole cash and Properties Worth Shs11bn. Justice Billy Kainamura who was heading the session asked the two to come back only if they fail to resolve their differences, the judge will proceed to hear the matter where David accuses Meddie and Bad Black aka Shanita Namuyimbwa of stealing his Shs11bn.
In the meantime, court granted David permission to impound whatever property he finds in Meddie or Bad Black’s names to deny them chance to dispose of the property or transfer them to third parties before the matter has been resolved.
The same is true for any cash found on the duo’s accounts. Meddie swears that he will fight tooth and nail to recover the properties, claiming he bought whatever he owns.
Meddie was even jailed over the matter and was recently released after completing his 18 month sentence.
