Musician Jose Chameleone has advised young and upcoming artistes to learn how to respect their elders in the music industry.
In a recent interview, the Leone Island boss indicated that success in the music industry as a young artiste can be achieved through respecting your elders, the so called music veterans.
“I am a big artiste at the moment but I bow down whenever I meet Shanks Vivid or Moses Matovu of Afrigo Band, I respect them because they set the foundation of Ugandan music industry to a certain level from where we also came to build up to where we are right now,” Chameleone said.
He added that he was not nervous at all holding a concert on the same day with King Saha because he knew everyone had his own fans and still it wasn’t the first time two artistes to hold different concerts on the same day.
