Renowned songstress Jackie Chandiru recently shared a deeply personal revelation during an appearance on Galaxy TV’s “The Deep Talk” show.

Chandiru disclosed that she ceased efforts to conceive after experiencing the heartbreak of a miscarriage, emphasizing her belief in divine timing.

The former member of Blu*3, once hailed as Africa’s premier female singing trio, has faced a tumultuous journey in recent years.

Reports surfaced of Chandiru grappling with a debilitating drug addiction, which temporarily derailed her flourishing music career and sparked concern among fans, friends, and family alike.

However, Chandiru has exhibited remarkable resilience and perseverance, steadily reclaiming her foothold in the music industry with each passing year.

Despite the setbacks she encountered, the songstress has bravely returned to the studio and graced stages once again, showcasing her unwavering determination to overcome adversity.

During her candid interview, Chandiru expressed the profound impact of her miscarriage on her journey toward motherhood.

She revealed, “The thing is that I stopped trying because I did lose a child, because I didn’t know that I was pregnant. It’s not that I don’t want to have a child, but I can’t, and I believe it’s God’s timing. That happened, but I have never gotten over it.”
