Musician A Pass, real name Alexander Bagonza, has finally come out to clear the air about beefing fellow artistes. This follows reports that A Pass was allegedly beefing with rapper Navio after he tweeted that he is the reason some rappers are no longer rapping and switched to Kadongo Kamu.
The Mariana singer has today spoken out on the alleged beef, indicating that he is beefing no one and wont offer any apologizes to anyone. He posted:
“#NoApology, I refuse to apologize for being me.
Lately people have been going around with words that I am beefing certain artists but that’s not true, I respect every artist in Uganda and I believe everyone of them is special.
I may sometimes Talk highly of myself above everyone of them but that’s just because I am my number one fan. When I say I am the best it’s how I feel, you may not agree but I can’t attach myself worth to your opinion.
I would love to apologize for calling myself the Greatest Ugandan Artist to ever do it, I am very sorry and this apology goes to absolutely nobody. #NoApologyGuys I will always be myself and see who is down with that, I don’t want to be stressed by pleasing everyone.
All I want to be is the best within myself, I don’t want to be better than any artists because I am not here for completion, I am here for greatness and greatness is not for free I work for it.
Thank you so much my fans for always supporting and paying attention”
