“I did not quit Secular music” –Desire Luzinda plans to stage secular music Concert

Midyear (2018), Desire Luzinda told fans that she was done recording secular music and embarking on a new journey where she would be recording gospel music instead.

She then began work on a new gospel album entitled, “Transition”, which is still in the works. The mother of one, is however considering, giving secular music one more try as she has come out to fans saying she did not completely throw in the towel on secular music and is planning to stage one more final secular music concert ,after which she will completely denounce it.

“I did not actually quit secular music, I only did record my gospel album ‘Transition’ from which I’m still releasing projects. When all my projects from the album are done, I shall stage one last secular concert to perform all my music then I denounce secular music.” She wrote

Let’s see what the “Ekitone” singer has in store for us. We shall keep you updated on the concert dates whenever she drops them.

Having spent over 10 years at Fenon and now at Masters Studio, you don’t need to ask yourself why the skinny Mukiga comedian is now trying his luck in music. Alex Muhangi has already set his eyes on a music accolade in 2019 with a brand new audio titled ‘Olukwe’, the song advises Men about one night stands and always to first look for proper details about the mysterious partner they hook up with.  ‘Olukwe’ was mastered and produced by Michael Fingaz at Masters Music studios. Close sources have revealed that the top city comedian is flying in Award winning video director ‘Clarence Peters’ for the video shoot.

A few weeks back, Muhangi landed studio time opportunity with US icon, Ginuwine and a project is in the pipeline.

Spark Tv, Promoters promise fun filled Mega Fest

The management of Spark TV and promoters have promised the biggest Mega Fest on 1st January 2019 at Uganda Museum.

Spark TV will host their first ever festival and they have partnered with senior promoters Abitex and Bajo.

The event will see performances from top artists who include Sheebah Karungi, Rema, Jose Chameleone, Fik Fameica and many others. Comedians Madrat and Chikko will also perform.

Addressing a press conference today at Kampala Serena Hotel, Bajo said Spark TV is growing at a higher rate and is one of the biggest TV stations in Uganda at the moment. “It’s a television for ladies and you know they are the largest in the number and this also inspired to partner with the station,” Bajo said.

Abitex said things to do with flopping aren’t his. “On 1st January at Uganda Museum, you will see. It will be a show with all the best artistes in the country and a must attend. Spark TV supports local content and that’s why we came up to partner with them,” he said.

“Sheebah Karungi, Jose Chameleone, Rema, Fik Fameica. Any artist you know who is big at the moment will be at Uganda Museum come that day,” he added.

The event is a family show and it will start at 8am to midnight. There will be a section for kids to play from free of charge.

“We are so happy to be hosting this event and we are going to give back to our customers, bring families and we have fun. 2019 is for giving back to our customers. Lots of goodies to give out,” Milka Irene of Spark TV said.

Spark TV’s Rwamiti Miles thanked promoters Bajo and Abitex for teaming up to work to with Spark Tv. At Spark TV we love doing unique things with class things and that’s what is going to happen on Tuesday January 1st 2019 at Uganda Museum.
