Ugandan international and former KCCA FC tactician George ‘Best’ Nsimbe could soon be kicked out of the recently crowned CECAFA Kagame Cup champions Azam fc.

Nsimbe left the yellow camp towards the end of last year to join Tanzania’s Azam FC on a two year deal in the capacity of assistant coach to Cameroon born John Omog who was the head coach at the time. Omong’s results incompetence cost him his position at the club when he failed to guide the team to the group stages of the CAF Champions League. His exit opened the doors wide for George ‘Best’ Nsimbe who was named interim head coach until the end of the 2014/15 Vodacom Premier League season where Azam finished second on the league summit behind champions Yanga.

Not much time was given to Nsimbe as he was pushed to the sidelines, paving way for British international Stewart Hall who recently guided the team to the 2015 CECAFA Kagame cup.

“He is not really anywhere specific at the moment. At the moment we just have coaches and everyone is trying to help out here and there. Very soon we shall have a specific role for everyone because we are trying to revamp the academy,” Stewart Hall revealed to Airtel Football.

“I believe he can do a good job in the area of talent identification, which is also an area we want to start paying a lot of attention to,” he added.

Meanwhile, rumors have it that Nsimbe is no longer part of Azam fc any more since he was not on the technical bench especially during the Kagame Cup with Stewart Hall having set up his coaching staff already without him in the picture.
