Uganda Kobs (U-23 national team) assistant coach, Frank ‘Video’ Anyau has been constituted as the new SC Villa technical chairman, according to reports coming in from Villa Park.

“Frank Anyau is the new club technical chairman. All the club coaches will work with him closely to steer this great club to success,” Club President Eng. Ben Emmanuel Misagga told Kawowo.

Anyau now steps into the shoes of the legendary Phillip Obwinyi who served in that position for almost a year. Obwinyi had also replaced Polly Ouma.

He comes with a plethora of experience having been at the helm of the Uganda Cranes and many clubs like Police F.C, Express F.C, Entebbe F.C among others.

Anyau has been lately at FUFA Big league side, Baza Holdings after turning down unsatisfying offers from top flight side, Sadolin Paints before the start of the current campaign.

The 16-time record champions return to Uganda Premier League action tomorrow when they visit Sports Club Victoria University at Nelson Mandela National Stadium.
