Sad news reaching us is that Edith Muthoni has died. The Wafagio singer passed on in Kasese District.
Wafagio is an all-girl sexy singing group, the acceptance of the all girl phenomena in the music arena has made them the next big thing.
The Ugandan band was created in 2008 by TWINKLE Star Agency which went underground on a talent search right from popular karaoke hangouts, to established recording studios and churches looking for talented girls to form an all-girl group.
The winning girls were attached to a team of professionals right from song writing, vocalists, producers and choreographers and the end product is their debut album known as “Love Doctor”, Singles; ‘Mukidongo’, ‘Oh boy’, ‘Mwami Nawe’, ‘Natuzza’ and ‘Wekyakalire’, to which a video has just been released.
