Eddy Kenzo has called for unity in the music industry and asked musicians to intervene for fellow singer Lyto Boss who was thrown in jail for defamation.

Kenzo posted: “I think musicians we need to come in this Lyto boss issues kubanga kati birabika biyingiddemu kitu kidogo. Banange let’s find out what’s going on tumanye Ani mutufu other wise it shows a very bad image.”

Lyto Boss was arrested on Wednesday from his from his offices in Kavule and detained at Kigo Prsion for defamation. This was after he accused fellow singer Iryn Namubiru of stealing his Anjagala song.

Meanwhile, another singer, Catherine Kusasira was forced to spend a night in prison over the same issue, but lucky for her, friends came to her rescue and she was released on bail the next day.
