Ethics Minister, Fr. Lokodo, has insisted that he has Desire Luzinda’s ex-lover, Franklin Emuobor Ebenhron, in his grip.
The minister who told press two days ago that he had arrested the Nigerian man for leaking Desire’s nudes and using a fake Ugandan passport was later branded a liar. Franklin posted a video online shortly after the minister’s statement saying that no one had arrested him and that he was “making dollars” with his brother.
Although it remains clear that Franklin is still at large enjoying his life, the minister in a phone conversation with a local tabloid maintained that that he has Franklin in his grip. Although Uganda Police denied knowledge of this, Lokodo told the tabloid that he will show him to the public at the right time as he is being watched closely.
Commenting about his supposed arrest, Franklin said that the minister is high on cheap drugs and that is why he is fantasizing. Franklin released Desire Luzinda’s nude photos in a revenge porn move that shocked the world late last year. He was also accused of using a forged Ugandan passport in the names of Frank Mugisha and another in the names of Frank Baguma.
