Desire Luzinda’s ex-lover Franklin has taken a jibe at singer Bebe Cool, calling him an upcoming artiste. Franklin who was comparing Bebe Cool to fellow singer Eddy Kenzo insinuated that Bebe had been usurped by Kenzo in the pecking order as far as the local music industry is concerned.

Franklin’s remarks come after Bebe Cool adamantly insisted that Kenzo is still an upcoming artiste even after he brought home Uganda’s first ever BET Award.
