Gorgeous singer Desire Luzinda’s moving apology might have been sufficient for her fans, friends and family but unfortunately it wasn’t for the law of the land and for that matter, Uganda Police forces under the command of Fred Enaga are still hunting for Desire Luzinda to record a statement about her leaked nudies.
According to Uganda Police Spokesperson Fred Enaga, Desire Luzinda who was at the center of media attention the whole of last week because of a one Nigerian Franklin who maliciously leaked Desire Luzinda’s nude photos which went viral has been summoned by Fred Enaga to CPS though she is nowhere to be seen. He said, “We have failed to get in touch with her as her official numbers are both off, whoever knows where she is should inform the Police.”
Desire Luzinda, who is rumored not to be in the country at the moment and Franklin have a penalty of 10M Ugx or imprisonment not exceeding 10 years or both because of producing, trafficking and publishing pornography according to what is stipulated under Section 13 of the Anti-pornography Act.
