After graphic pictures of her naked body leaked to the public, musician Desire Luzinda has decided to go to court and take legal action.
The ‘Equation’ singer made the revelation during an interview with the BBC’s Catherine Byaruhanga.
“I was in love, I have never taken nude pictures. Even my mother was surprised when she called me, she asked, were you drugged, were you drunk?” Desire explained as she revealed that she is going to court over the pictures.
“The media has been harsh, some disappointing and very judgmental,” she added.
Amidst threats that she will be arrested, Desire has also said that she plans to take the perpetrators to court.
“When investigation starts it must go and cover all avenues, possible areas where the act could have originated from. Desire is the main culprit and the next person is her boyfriend,” Fr Lokodo said as he explained why he will have her arrested.
In response, Desire revealed that she is going to court. “I am looking at taking legal action against all those who have hurt me over the leaked pictures. I am not afraid of the threats to arrest me and am determined to come out of this ordeal stronger,” she said.
