Musician Desire Luzinda has been linked to many city men. One of these men, Jackson Pemba who is president of Pemba Sports Africa, has been seen with the star several times. At one time he was seen dishing out dollars to the “Ekitone” singer and shortly after Social Media was awash with comments that the two are in love.
Although Pema has remained silent on the matter for a long time, (Which man wouldn’t want to be called Desire Luzinda’s boyfriend?), he came out recently and set the record straight. According to Pemba, Desire is nothing to him more than a friend.
He revealed that he loves Ugandan music and all Ugandan musicians. Pema said that Desire Luzinda is just like one of these singers who he adores and supports.
“I am the number one fan of Ugandan music. Those people, the tabloids link me to, are friends. Even Deisre Luzinda is just my friend. I have many musician friends like Jose Chameleone, Radio & Weasel, Michael Ross, Desire Luzinda and Irene Ntale. They are all my friends.”
In February this year, Desire unveiled a house that she was constructing. According to sources, the singer got financial assistance to build the house from Pemba.
