Embattled musician Desire Luzinda whose nudes leaked to the media recently has gone missing. Desire’s disappearance comes at a time when Police is asking her to co-operate and make a statement relating to her nude saga and Nigerian ex-lover Franklin Emuobor Ebenhron.
We have it on solid ground that the singer who has not set foot at his Wandegeya flats home from the time her financial and nude photo saga went public, has refused to show up at police to make a statement.
According to Police, the singer is wanted for a statement about her ex-lover and what she knows about his forged passport. “We also want her to tell us what exactly happened, how much she knows about the man who released her photos and why he got a forged passport,” said one of the Police officers at Wandegeya police. This comes after Franklin, Desire’s ex-lover, pretended to be a son of a rich Munyankole woman and acquired a Ugandan passport.
More sources have revealed that Desire has now resorted to sleeping in hotels in the outskirts of the city in order to hide from the authorities. We have also been told that sometimes she sleeps at a friend’s home in Kyengera.
“The main reason I know Desire is not showing up is because she is afraid of making this issue deeper.” A friend explained, “Franklin knows a lot about Desire and if she goes to Police and makes a statement against him, he could unleash even worse stuff against her. The best thing for her to do is to avoid the police and make sure they don’t quiz her about the whole saga so that she can protect herself.”
