Embattled singer Desire Luzinda has finally come face to face with police this morning. After three weeks of hiding, Desire has finally handed herself over to police this morning and recorded a statement on how her nude pictures leaked. The singer did not wait until she was taken in forcefully but opted to hand her self over to police this morning.
Desire has since been on the police’s wanted list after her nude pictures got leaked by her ex-lover.
Section 8 of the Computer Misuse Act says: “Any person who willfully and repeatedly uses electronic communication to disturb or attempts to disturb the peace, quiet or right of privacy of any person with no purpose of legitimate communication whether or not a conversation ensues commits a misdemeanor and is liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding 24 currency points or imprisonment not exceeding one year or both”.
And it’s with this that police has been hunting for the Equation singer.
