Musician Desire Luzinda has revealed the secret to her great figure. The voluptuous singer whose nudes broke the internet when they leaked two years ago says her secret is ”waist training.”
The “Ekitone” singer has also encouraged fellow ladies to try it and get rid of their big tummies.
“My waist training gone to another level.” She said, before adding, “Ladies waist train like your life depended on it. No excuse for big tummies.”
Waist training apparently involves wearing a corset-like contraption to cinch your core, hips, and back. The idea is to wear it for a certain amount of time every day, and eventually, your body “molds” itself into a slimmer figure.
