Today was an emotional day for NBS TV viewers as they were taken through Dave Dash’s drug story.
The former NTV Uganda and Radio City host was featured on the Chat Room Ug show on NBS hosted by Nalongo Karitas where he told his story of struggling with drugs and alcohol.
Dash also used the interview as an opportunity to warn the youth against using drugs.
The Anti-drug activist and peer educator, who now concentrates his energies on Mcing and working on his online radio left many in tears with his touching story.
Dave went through rehabilitation in Butabika rehabilitation center after a drug overdose that saw him run naked on a public road. He is now fine and helping others overcome addiction.
