Comedian Daniel Omara has started his own theme night. Known for his witty humour, the stand-up comedian will host a comedy night at Gattomatto every Thursday.
This has since sparked off rumours that the Urban TV presenter could have seceded from his longtime comedy group, Comedy Files. According to rumours making rounds, Omara has for long failed to fall in sync with local audiences which has since put him on a collision path with Comedy Files management.
However, Comedy Files has dispelled the rumours saying that Daniel Omara is still a member of the group and will even be at their show slated for this Wednesday, 18th November at Theartre La’Bonita.
Daniel Omara also responded to the rumours with a cryptic post saying that “the start of something new isn’t necessarily the end of another.”
