Desire who was being apprehended by police before she showed up at the CIID headquarters in Naguru for interrogation was saved by the constitutional court. According to experts, the current Anti-Pornography law is being challenged by some. For this reason, the constitutional court has been challenged to review and ascertain the constitutionality of the law.
