Famous city tycoon Moses Karungi of Karungi plaza exchanged punches with his pioneer tenants earlier today. This was after he left his tenants aggrieved with sudden changes at his plaza like increasing rent.
“He is increasing the rent fee and partitioning the shops without consulting us yet the building is very dirty and has no toilets,” one of the tenants informed us.
During this chaos, the tycoon with the help of hired security personnel, fought and injured one of the tenants who has already filed a case at the central police station.
