Renowned Ugandan singer Catherine Kusasira, formerly of the Golden Band, has made headlines as reports surface of her health struggles and the need for urgent medical attention.
According to updates shared on Kusasira’s official Facebook page on Saturday, the singer has been grappling with severe breathing difficulties attributed to a heart condition described as a “heart full of fats.”
The distressing news further revealed that Kusasira has been compelled to seek advanced medical treatment outside of Uganda, where she awaits heart surgery.
It’s been disclosed that she hasn’t been in her home country for over a week, indicating the seriousness of her health situation.
