Arsenal are on the brink of securing Iker Casillas from Real Madrid, according to SPORT.
The Spanish newspaper are claiming that the veteran shot-stopper is due to sign a five-year contract worth £7million in the coming days.
Although a transfer fee is not mentioned, it is believed that Los Blancos are prepared to let the 33-year-old leave for just £4million.
Casillas still has three years remaining on his Real Madrid contract, but is currently behind Diego Lopez in the pecking order at the Bernabeu.
With Keylor Navas set to sign in the Spanish capital, it seems the Spaniard’s days are numbered.
