Launched in 2006, the Buzz Teeniez Awards have since been one of the hottest events on the teens’ calendar every year. The Buzz Teeniez Awards are back, and this time round, they are celebrating their 10th anniversary. For the first time ever, the award ceremony will take place at UMA Show Grounds in Lugogo this Saturday, May 14th.
Different artistes and stakeholders in the music industry have been nominated in various categories, with some notching more than one nomination.
This year’s edition will feature performances from Uganda’s top artistes like Jose Chameleone, Irene Ntale, Radio and Weasel, Mun*G, Ziza Bafana,Winnie Nwagi and many others. The ceremony will further be spiced up with music mixes from the best DJs in town including DJ Roger and Slick Stuart.
The stage and sound will be handled by Silk Events, one of the region’s best stage organizers, and judging from their past events, there is no doubt this will be a great show.
The official sponsor of this event is Mountain Dew. Entrance fee is 5K (ordinary) and 10K (VIP).
