Jinja based side Bul FC recorded their first away win this season over an already relegated Sports Club Victoria University (SCVU) as they thrashed them 3-0 on Tuesday evening.
In a game played at Mandela National Stadium Namboole in the Azam Uganda Premier League (AUPL), Magombe Hakim gave the visitors a halftime lead after his 31 minute strike. Just a minute into the second half, Sempiira Phillip doubled the lead for Bul before goalkeeper Wekiya Salimu who replaced Shaka Ssozi made it 3-0 ten minutes to full time as coach Alex Isabirye registered a win over his former bosses.
The result meant that Victoria University has now lost nine games in a row and conceded 50 league goals all season so far. Bul FC are 8th on the log with 41 points from 28 games.
