Renonwed National Resistance movement blogger Ibrahim Tusubiira alias Isma Olaxess (Jajja Iculi) is in hot soup again after being charged for inciting violence.

This follows his summon to the CID headquarters in Kibuli on Tuesday climaxing bitterly as he was retained by the security operatives.
At the top investigation spot, Isma was interrogated on his vicious online comments he recently made on the Kampala twin bomb attack last week.
The news was confirmed by his friends who had accompanied him to the CID offices.
Upon sighting trouble, Isma earlier took it to his social media and expressed remorse for his disastrous video made as he claimed to have been emotional by that time.
However, all efforts to clean his name seem to have hit a dead-end now especially after his detainment.
Isma Olaxess’s disdainful words have also prompted his impeachment as the President of the Uganda Bloggers Association (UBA).
Its also understood that Isma will be arraigned before court on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 to face the charges.
This will be the second time the ‘motor-mouthed’ blogger is paraded in court as the most recent one was in October when he faced defamatory charges filed against him by singer Omurangira Suuna.
