Beyoncé has released a ‘Flawless’ remix, featuring Nicki Minaj.
Fans of both Beyoncé and Minaj were surprised to hear the track last night (August 2), which came without warning.
‘Flawless (Remix)’ was released on Beyoncé’s website, and can be listened to at flawless.beyonce.com.
The site crashed shortly after the song launched, as people across the world tried to listen to the track.
Lyrics from Beyoncé’s remix are thought to be referencing the elevator incident between Jay-Z and Solange, which happened in June.
Beyoncé sings: “And we could go around and get some good karma, but no, we escalate up in this bitch like elevators.
“Of course sometimes s**t go down, when it’s a billion dollars on an elevator.”
Since the incident, Solange has acknowledged that the family are “at peace” with what happened.
