Bebe Cool is a Huge Disappointment – More Fans Attack the Gagamel Boss Over Sudan.

After his pronouncement against Southern Sudanese on September 19th, where he came out to react to reports that Southern Sudan had expelled all foreigners from their country including Ugandans, singer Bebe Cool is under fire from all directions. The musician has refused to apologize despite condemnation of what he said from fellow musicians like Bobi Wine among others. Even his wife Zuena came out and asked people to leave her boo alone.

All this has not stopped the anti-Bebe Cool sentiments from streaming in, the latest being that Bebe Cool is a total disappointment since he is supposed to unite people and not divide them.

Phillemon Obella thought that top on Bebe Cool’s agenda should be unity. “I thought a musician like Bebe Cool is supposed to unite people. It is very disappointing to have such reactions coming from him. Ugandans in Southern Sudan are highly disappointed and disgusted,” he said. “Anyway Chameleone is here for ‘Wale Wale’ concert and maybe he will bring back some good lessons. It’s not all about your concerts, your music is not even that good for Southern Sudanese. Uganda’s relationship with Southern Sudan is much more important than Bebe’s music.”

Another fan called Ngale educated the ‘Love you every day’ singer about the matter. He said: “Bebe Cool, Sour then Sudan is not sending back Ugandans or Kenyans etc., all they want is for their citizens who are educated to be priority when it comes to employment opportunities. Southern Sudanese have been in Uganda for so long and some of them have studied from Uganda, but I have never seen any being employed in any office in Uganda. It’s time the citizens of SS got what belongs to them.”

Bebe Cool banned all Southern Sudanese from attending his concerts effective 15th October 2014 after their Government announced that it would ban all foreigners from their country. His message has not gone down well with many people.

We will keep you posted.
