The celebrated socialite, the only Ugandan woman who holds a record of siphoning billions out of a very educated man has now put her political ambitions in the public light. Bad Black declared that she’s ready to contest for the Kampala Mayoral position.
“Of course, I have plans, I want to be mayor in 2016,” she messaged one of our editors via email. Bad Black aka Shanita Namuyimba was last spotted in Malaysia where she was shuffling two jobs of a hooker and a waitress.
She also confirmed some of the things her manifesto will bear: “I will work hand in hand in the ED, I will encourage women to work hard, support Ugandan music and import DNA machines.” She also noted that she has Kampala at heart and that’s the source of her inspiration. “Kampala made me, by becoming a mayor, I will be giving back to the city, nze nsobola, nina potential ne swagga.”
